Preventive Maintenance Agreements
It has been found that preventive maintenance results in fewer and less costly repairs overall. It will also lower your energy usage and keep costs down while adding to your comfort. Operational efficiency is the key to lower cost and fewer unexpected breakdowns.
Agreements are available for two (Plan 1) or four (Plan 2) inspections per year. These inspections include making all necessary adjustments to the covered equipment for efficient, safe operation during the coverage period.
Cost estimates are given to the customer for any needed non-warranty repairs required, prior to them being performed. Repairs made during the agreement period will include a 15% discount. Customers with preventive maintenance agreements in place are considered “Preferred Customers” and their systems will be serviced first, before those customers without such agreements.
